More about Zest Health

A plant-based diet and a healthier lifestyle can improve your health. I created Zest Health to inspire and educate people on how they can lead healthier lives.

As a corporate, not-for-profit or community organisation you can benefit from my wide range of webinars, talks, workshops and demos. The aim is to support the people in your organisation, providing inspiration and education on a wide range of subjects including how to increase their energy, which foods to focus on, how they can improve their sleep and cutting back on sugar. The sessions are interactive, engaging and based on simple-to-apply, practical solutions.

You’ll get the knowledge and experience of a qualified nutrition and weight management adviser and graduate of the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies’ (CNS) Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate.

As well as delivering services to clients I have spoken at vegan and alternative lifestyle festivals, on podcasts and networking events. I also facilitate the International Peer Network for CNS's Plant Forward Membership Program.

If you want to get your health back or reach a healthy weight following a plant-based lifestyle there are several ways I can help support you too. Book a consultation call, order a personalised nutrition report (based on your food and mood diary) or work with me through my Plant-Based Solution Programme – personalised, tailored coaching to give you the tools, support and accountability to reach your health goals.

Following a plant-based diet for over 14 years I’ve not only experienced improvements in my own health, but I have been lucky enough to witness the life-changing transformations in clients and those who have attended wellbeing sessions.
