World Vegan Market is a purpose-led initiative. As well as being a virtual space for small business owners to promote their vegan products or vegan-friendly services, it is also an educational and entertainment platform for those who want to learn more about the vegan lifestyle in a fun and interactive way.
Therefore, in addition to the virtual markets themselves, there are many online events and activities which I organise that attract lots of people to join the community, e.g., themed events, such as The Great Big Green Week, Earth Day, World Environment Day, World Vegan Month, Christmas Festival, Veganuary Special Show, Valentine’s Special Show, International Women’s Day, Easter Festival, and so on.
The themed events include live cookery demos; live interviews with guest speakers; panel discussions and presentations; live performances; shows and entertainment; quiz nights; trivia and fun facts; countdown of popular themes; charity fundraising, etc.
Virtual stallholders will be promoted on several online locations thereby improving their presence in front of more of the right customers worldwide. A total of nearly 5,000 are members/followers on the World Vegan Market Facebook group, World Vegan Market Facebook page, and World Vegan Market Instagram page.
For featured and extra-featured stallholders, there are many additional benefits, including a spotlight interview for extra-featured stallholders, which in turn increases visibility even further by enabling a wider audience reach and being able to interact with them.
This is a huge benefit over Facebook paid ads where you may reach a lot of people, however, it is difficult to form a relationship with those people through just one advert.
Unlike other online markets, where you are left on your own, I am very much involved in all aspects of running the World Vegan Market and I personally conduct engagement management of all stallholders’ promotional posts in the same way as a social media manager would.
