The Vegan Chef School of Excellence was founded by Chef Day Radley in 2018 with a view to providing progressive elevated cheffing and cooking skills for aspiring vegan chefs. Through nutrition, home cook and cheffing in person and online courses, students can learn the wonderful work of vegan cuisine and broaden their skills, and horizons in the kitchen and vegan food world.
