A little info about myself & my brand: My passion for coffee started 25 years ago; as a small child, I would spend many summers over in Naples with my family, each morning waking to the smell of freshly brewed espresso, courtesy of my grandmother. In my eyes, coffee = happiness and love.
As a young adult, I became fascinated with the world of natural skincare, plant-based products and started to intertwine my love of coffee into homemade blends. I aimed originally to just make them for myself as a DIY-style project but shortly found myself handing them out to my friends and family! The feedback I received was amazing, people raved about the products and demanded I made more.. and so, The Coffee Scrub Co. was eventually born!
I have a chronic illness called EDS/hypermobility that I manage predominantly through my lifestyle. This journey over the last few years has opened my eyes more to the diverse world of body positivity, self-love and how important self-care is for mental health. I wholeheartedly believe skincare and self-love go hand in hand, so as a brand, we do not push for 'perfect skin'. We aim to inspire and empower individuals to love and embrace the skin they're in, adding a little caffeine into their weekly routine to improve the overall health and happiness of the skin.
All products are manufactured by us in the UK & are cruelty-free / vegan-friendly. My favourite motto: Scrub & glow!

I donate to causes when I can, go to local rallies (I'm disabled so travelling alone can be an issue), hold space for discussion online to try and educate others on emotive topics rather than shutting it down. I believe in doing what I can with the limited funds / access I have. Social media is a fantastic place to connect and spread awareness.
