Oliver Co, we are a B-Corp accessories brand made from apple waste with circularity at our core! Our Founder Matt, uses his expertise as a designer to use bio-materials to transform the industry. Matt started with 50 wallets from a leather alternative made using apple waste, sold them to friends and family and from there, the company scaled. Now based in South London, Oliver Co is dedicated to connecting the latest in material technology with an endless obsession for detail.

Our mission is to inspire a more sustainable lifestyle by creating beautiful everyday items that cause as little environmental impact as possible. A vision for a circular future where the connection between people, product and planet is revived.

As a B Corp, we aim to meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose. We assure that any new suppliers have completed a self-assessment questionnaire at the minimum, but prefer the suppliers to have audits so that we can assure that they are operating in an environmentally and socially responsible manner.

Our factory, based in Istanbul is a family run workshop set up in 2000. Now employing 30 people and specialising in small leather goods, the factory works with several high-end brands. Working with new vegan materials like our signature apple leather can often be challenging, however the team have developed new tools and innovative solutions to deliver the same craftsmanship and detail you’d expect from some of the most premium accessories on the market.

In addition, we are committed to donating 2% of our revenue as well as volunteering through initiatives such as 1% For The Planet, Climate Neutral, and our partnering charity The Felix Project, who reduce food sent to landfill and reduce hunger in London by rescuing and donating food to those in need.

Innovation is core to our business. Through disruptive partnerships with materials suppliers and manufacturers we aim to transition away from the linear economy (make, use, dispose) and move towards the circular economy.
