When my husband and I decided to go vegan there was one thing we missed the most: Croissants that were crisp and flaky. After thousands of iterations we finally got it to where it needed to be: indistinguishable from the animal butter equivalent. Having opened our shop in May 2021, it’s been such a joy to be able to offer vegans, people getting into the plant-based diet, and non-vegans the option to enjoy cruelty free pastry with no compromise on quality whilst challenging the status quo..
Also: American style cookies & freshly made sandwiches in daily baked soft buns, containing the freshest of ingredients whilst paying the farmers the wages they deserve.
It’s such an exciting time to be a part of a movement to change the way we eat for the good of the planet and all living beings and we invite you to join us on this journey…one croissant or sandwich at a time…
