Since 2013 Kindred Spirits Care Farm has been creating and managing farmed animal sanctuaries at one or more schools in the Los Angeles area. Our goal is to establish these care farms at schools all over the United States. These farms teach students about plant and soil science, animal care, career and life skills such as leadership, teamwork, persistence, patience, and empathy. The benefits to students and their communities is immediate as well as long term and far reaching.
Key information
Starting in July, 2021, our Chatsworth, CA ranch will be open to the public on Sundays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. We love children, and pets, but pets are not allowed at the ranch.
