Henry and Henry are a husband and wife team, Graham and Annette. Both British, they are now based in Germany's capital Berlin. They have each successfully resolved their own health challenges via a dietary approach and in doing so, were motivated to learn more about how a nutritional approach can be applied to managing and resolving many common chronic conditions. They have both trained as whole food plant-based educators and are now using their knowledge and passion to not only help others transition successfully to a more plant-based diet as a route to improved health but also as a means of contributing to a more conscious and compassionate world..
As well as creating an online resource hub featuring articles, recipes, and interviews with a diverse range of individuals who have remarkable stories to tell, Henry and Henry also regularly run classes, workshops and one-off events ranging from nutrition and health, meditation to how to create change in the world.
