What was the motivation behind your project?

I have dreamed about running my own business for many years but never had enough strength and belief to actually go for it. When COVID-19 happened, I’ve realised that life is too short, tomorrow is not guaranteed and we should follow our dreams. My dream is to have a food truck or a little vegan restaurant. I thought that I have to start somewhere and that’s how Evelicious Vegan Food was born.

Who is the team behind your project?

I am one person team with full support from my friends and family.

What one thing about your project would most surprise us?

The idea of Evelicious came to my mind at the end of 2020. In January 2021 as we were going into lockdown, I have decided to give up my full-time job and start my work on Evelicious. Nine months later I’m still here and still going strong.

If your project could be granted one wish what would you wish for?

To have a chance to work in a restaurant or a food truck for a month, where I could cook and bake my own recipes.
