Cecily's vegan ice cream is approved by the Vegan Society and certified organic by the Soil Association. Cecily's ice cream is as creamy as non-dairy and does not contain or use mono-diglycerides. We never use this ingredient, relying instead on our Cornish ice cream making heritage to produce our fluffy and creamy ice cream. These emulsifiers contain trans fats which the Government advise us all to cut out of our diets completely. We have an awesome flavour range including Mint Choc Chip, Pure Caramel and of course chocolate.
