This is your place to escape to, disconnect from the world for a while and "just be". Tune in, tune out and let the surrounding landscape and its inhabitants work their magic. Wake up slow with gentle morning yoga and meditation. Enjoy a delicious, plant-based breakfast. Take a stroll through the forest in the company of a dog, a pony or a donkey. Experience the beauty and charm of the surrounding Trent Hills, indulge in some horse therapy or maybe just retreat to the library and curl up with a cuppa hot tea and a good book.
